“Protein & Plants: A 21-Day Reset for Mind-Body Vitality” - Register NOW for our fall program.
October 1 - 21, 2025
(virtual w/group accountability + 1:1 support)
Offered in collaboration with Nielsen Nutrition.
What are the benefits of this program?
This reset is a response to my clients’ requests to improve their chronic symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, moodiness, disordered sleep, imbalanced hormones, gut health and overall meal habits by increasing intake of more of the foods they know they “should” be eating: protein and plants. Originally designed to help improve mental wellbeing and body vitality with plant-derived nutrients, we recognized that many of our clients don’t eat enough quality protein for their cellular, neurotransmitter, hormonal, sleep and many other needs.
Only 10% of Americans eat enough fruits and only 12% of Americans eat enough vegetables according to the CDC. With over 60% of Americans suffering from at least one chronic disease (including mental health), with poor nutrition being one major contributing risk factor.
Thousands of phytonutrients (“plant nutrients”) help they body stay balanced and heal itself; support organs, tissues and blood; supply our brains, bodies, emotions and thoughts with nourishment. Plants are therapeutic because they help us heal from dis-ease and offset the burdens of modern life. In fact, plants are life. Even the animals we eat consume plants as their sustenance. Ample protein supports lean muscle mass, bone mineral density, collagen production, energy metabolism, blood sugar balance, sustained energy, sleep cycles - and more!
Overview of “Protein & Plants” Reset
This 21-day reset is much like the Detox program except that it’s
More accessible (financially and time-wise).
Designed for busy people who need simple steps and accountability to improve habits.
Focused on whole foods without a supplements protocol.
The program focuses on these 4 core elements:
Ensuring adequate protein intake for individual needs.
Age: life phases require different protein requirements in the body.
Activity: athletes may need more - and different - types of protein, as do all people who want to build lean muscle mass
Preferences: whether plant- or animal-derived diets, we focus on high quality protein sources.
Increasing nutrient intake from plants to support mental, physical & environmental wellbeing.
Mental: improves mental focus, cognition, and mood
Physical: improves gut, liver, and immune functions & enhances detoxification pathways
Environmental: increases your connection to real food raised in harmony with the earth
Simplifying meals with whole foods and easy prep with simple kitchen skills.
Whole foods: increases & diversifies daily intake of plant-based foods
Easy prep: offers easy, flexible meal plans to simplify kitchen life
Simple kitchen skills: no fancy tools, techniques, or experience necessary
Improving nutrition knowledge, awareness & self-efficacy.
Knowledge: offers insight about plant nutrients' vital role in the body's balance and function
Awareness: identification of underlying contributors to our health (stress, trauma, beliefs, etc.)
Self-efficacy: fosters small, consistent habit change for short- and long-term wellbeing
Removing barriers to health (pesticides, toxic thoughts, poor habits, stress, trigger foods, nutrient-poor foods, etc.) via simple, doable methods that are not overwhelming or shameful.
NOTE: This program encourages a diet plentiful in plants, yet is NOT designed to be a 100% plant-based diet. As a personalized nutritionist who has eaten vegetarian, vegan, qualitarian (and other) diets, I guide individuals to eat what their bodies need and what their values reflect. Hence, meal plans reflect vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous dietary choices.

“Learning how the nutritional benefits from specific plants affect our bodies gives me more motivation to eat them. Learning about how eating habits affect digestion, mood, detoxification, sleep (and more!) helps me be conscious of snacking or eating “just because” it’s breakfast time. It seems really simple, but now it actually makes sense.”
